  • Information generated as a result of our body imaging system, including three-dimensional images, measurements, or movements

  • Offline: We collect Personal Data from you offline, such as when you attend a Modern Mirror or co-branded event or use our products or services in a retail setting
  • Physical Location: we collect the physical location of your device by, for example, using satellite, cell phone tower or Wi-Fi signals
  • Using cookies: we collect your Personal Data when you browse the website, by using cookies. Our collection and processing of your Personal Data via cookies are governed by the Privacy Policy (See Do we use cookies?), that you should read carefully.

    The Personal Data you provide through the website is combined with Personal Data and other Information that you provide to us (via online or offline means), or that we otherwise obtain online or offline.

What we do with the information we collect

We use the above information to understand your needs and preferences and provide you with better service and user experience. In addition, we use the data for the following reasons:

  • To improve the quality of our products and services
  • For Avant-Garde Fitting System (AFS) users, to make recommendations for, and to create visualizations of products matching your requirements
  • For Digital Modeling service users, to create and provide 3D models and 2D images and videos of you, for your virtual modeling use
  • For NFT/Metaverse users, to create and provide 3D models and 2D images and videos of you and of virtual garments and accessories you have purchased, for your use in metaverse and other social media applications
  • We may periodically send promotional emails about new products or services, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided
  • We may use information on your use of our products and services in order to create a customized experience that better meets your needs, or to enable our partners with whom you have a relationship to do so (subject to their privacy policies)
  • To provide you with assistance and information about our products and services

What are your rights regarding your Personal Data?

We are required by law to have a valid legal basis to process your data, which will be because we are providing you with services you have requested. We will also use your Personal Data to send you sales and marketing communications that may be of interest to you if we have your consent for this activity, or if you are an existing customer where we believe we have a reason to communicate with you. How long do we keep your Personal Data?

  • We intend to keep your Personal Data accurate and up-to-date. We will delete the Personal Data that we hold about you when we no longer need it, or when you request that we do so.

Minimum age

Protecting the safety and privacy of children is very important to us. We will not knowingly collect or use Personal Data from anyone under the age of sixteen (16) years, or any other age limit established by the law of her/his country of residence. By registering with us on the website or application, you confirm that you have reached the age of majority in your country of residence.
